This policy explains what information NateUI collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We collect only what we need to sell and deliver our products and to keep your account working.

1. Information we collect

Your account email address; purchase details (provided through LemonSqueezy); the licenses issued to you and your download activity; basic product analytics; and error diagnostics from our applications.

2. How we use it

To deliver products and license keys, provide support, operate and improve the service, and prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Service providers

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the service, and only so they can perform their function: payment processing (our merchant of record), email delivery, hosting and database, product analytics, and error monitoring.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to operate the service, or where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep account and purchase records for as long as needed to provide lifetime updates and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that deleting account data may end your ability to receive updates.
