Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of NateUI products — templates, components, and the related source code. Purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. By purchasing or using a NateUI product, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

On purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered source — the NateUI component library together with the template or templates included in your plan. A Personal license covers one named developer and one production product. A Team license covers unlimited developers and unlimited products within a single organization. Lifetime updates are included, and your installed copy never expires.

2. What you may do

You may use, modify, and build commercial products with the source, and keep your copy indefinitely. You may use it across the products permitted by your license tier.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish the source — modified or not — as a competing component library, template kit, or starter. You may not remove license or attribution notices. Using NateUI source to train machine-learning models for external release is prohibited; use within internal developer tools (such as AI code assistants) is permitted.

4. Ownership

NateUI retains all intellectual property rights in the source. You receive a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Payments and any applicable taxes are collected and remitted by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NateUI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. The specific governing state will be identified in the final agreement.
