Refund Policy

Paid NateUI plans give you immediate access to the source code, so purchases are final. If something you bought is broken and we can’t fix it within 14 days, or if there was a billing mistake, you get your money back.

Purchases are final

Basic and All-Access are one-time purchases of digital source code with immediate access. Once access is granted, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Every component, block, and template has a live preview on nateui.com so you can inspect what you are buying beforehand, and the fundamental UI layer is free to install without an account. For Basic purchases, selecting your one included template in the dashboard permanently locks that template to your license and cannot be swapped or refunded after confirmation.

If something is broken

If a Pro component, block, or template you bought does not work as described — for example, it throws errors in a supported setup (React 19, TypeScript 5+, Tailwind CSS 4, and Next.js or Vite where supported), fails to install through the CLI or Manual tab, or materially differs from its documentation:

  1. Email support@nateui.com from the address on your purchase within 14 days of purchase (or reply to your LemonSqueezy receipt) with what you tried, your setup, and what went wrong.
  2. We will review your report and either fix the issue or provide a working alternative within 14 days of your report.
  3. If we cannot fix it within 14 days, we will refund your payment in full through LemonSqueezy to your original payment method.

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank — we reply quickly by email, and card disputes add fees and delays for both sides.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice for the same purchase or charged the wrong amount, email support@nateui.com (or reply to your receipt) and we will refund the mistaken payment in full.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. Because NateUI grants immediate access to digital source code upon payment, your statutory right of withdrawal ends once access starts. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content remain unaffected.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, the paid license for that purchase is revoked immediately:

  • Pro access ends across your dashboard, CLI sessions, MCP server access, website Manual source views, and template downloads.
  • You must stop using and delete any downloaded or copied Pro components, blocks, and template source code from that purchase. Free UI components remain yours under the MIT license.
