Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 14-day window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. How to request

Email support@nateui.com or reply to your LemonSqueezy receipt. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.

3. Effect of a refund

When a refund is issued, the associated license is revoked. You must stop using and delete the delivered source code.

4. Source-available products

Because our products are delivered as source code you can keep, refunds are granted within the 14-day window where the product has not been substantially incorporated into a shipped product. We review requests in good faith.
